Incoloy 800H Pipes are typically utilized in applications requiring resistance to creep and rupture at temperatures up to 1100° F. The Incoloy 800HT Pipes contain a higher percentage of titanium and aluminum than the alloy 800H pipe does.

The 800 Incoloy Seamless Pipes, which is nickel-based, is known for its exceptional corrosion resistance. In addition, the Incoloy 800H Pipe provides adequate protection against corrosion caused by oxidation and carburization. Incoloy 800H pipes do not develop the embrittling sigma phase even after a prolonged period of time to increased temperatures as high as 1200°F because Alloy 800H ERW Pipe is able to endure elevated temperature settings and the combination of nickel as its major alloyant.
